PhD Candidate
After receiving my undergraduate degree in Biomolecular Sciences at CCSU, I decided to join the Goldhamer lab at UConn because of my interest in stem cells and cell fate decisions. Currently, I am working on understanding cell fate decisions in the context of two distinct debilitating rare diseases, namely fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva and rostrocaudal muscular dystrophy. When I am not in lab, you may find me fishing, trying to make a new recipe, or watching the newest hit TV show.
