I am Katherine, a third year PhD student. I graduated from Southern Methodist University in Spring 2022 with a double major in Biology and History. I am researching causal cells of HO in FOP and studying the genomic changes in causal cells as they contribute to cartilage and bone. When I am not in lab, I am playing with my two cats, cooking new recipes, and finding cool places to go explore outdoors!
